Guests may cancel their reservation up to 60 days before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any fees. For cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in or in case of a no-show, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation.
Modification Policy
Guests may modify their reservation free of charge, up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Any modifications made less than 48 hours before check-in may incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.
Refund Policy
In the event that a guest is unsatisfied with their stay and requests a refund, our team will investigate the matter and provide a solution that is fair and in line with our policies. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Exceptions
There may be certain circumstances that are beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions or unforeseen events, that may affect a guest’s scheduled stay. In such cases, we will work with guests to find a solution that is satisfactory to both parties.
