At Katerina Studios & Apartments, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, sometimes things don’t go as planned, and quests may need to cancel or modify their reservations. In such cases, we have a clear and transparent policy that outlines our policy for refunds and returns.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any fees. For cancellation made less than 72 hours before check-in, the hotel will charge a fee equal to one night’s stay. In case of no-show on the day of the scheduled arrival, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation.
Modification Policy
Guests may modify their reservation free of charge, up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Any modifications made less than 48 hours before check-in may incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.
Refund Policy
In the event that a guest is unsatisfied with their stay and requests a refund, our team will investigate the matter and provide a solution that is fair and in line with our policies. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Exceptions
There may be certain circumstances that are beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions or unforeseen events, that may affect a guest’s scheduled stay. In such cases, we will work with guests to find a solution that is satisfactory to both parties.
